Zibrant signs with ABC Connection

 

Zibrant, one of the UK's leading Event and Conference Booking Agents, has contracted with the ABC Connection to facilitate the maintenance of hotel and venue data used within their systems, including meetings information, images, virtual tours and floor plans.

 

Zibrant is well recognised within the UK as a global provider of end-to-end event services offering a total solution for corporate buyers. The group includes IBR, ILLICO, McGARVEY RUSSELL and MRM. IBR acquired McGARVEY RUSSELL and MRM in 2004 and the four companies were brought under the Zibrant masterbrand in 2005. Recent awards for business and technology over the past 6 months is evidence of Zibrant’s excellence in delivering solutions for corporate buyers.

Previously data maintenance involved substantial time both for our own and venue’s staff in updating our database. The adoption of ABC, which is fast becoming the industry standard, will enable us to deliver consistent, up to date, and high quality content on hotel and venue groups to our staff and clients, ABC are currently in the process of executing a training programme with all our consultants in order for them to maximise the use of content supplied by ABC.”
