Hotel Desk now managing its venue search, enquiry and client proposal process via ABC Connection's Request for Meetings system

(London, 10 November 2009)  Hotel Desk, one of the UK's leading venue finding agencies and a member of the Hotel Booking Agency Association (HBAA), has implemented the online Request for Meetings system from ABC Connection to manage its venue search, enquiry and client proposal process.

 

Hotel Desk has been an ABC Connection channel partner since 2004, providing an online search tool via its web site where its clients can view detailed information and images on thousands of venues in the UK and Ireland, all searchable by name, location or capacity. 

 

Its new Request for Meetings (RfM) system will provide Hotel Desk with a much improved ability to interrogate the ABC Connection database of meetings and conferences content on behalf of its clients.  The integrated system enables the Hotel Desk team to take detailed briefs, negotiate with suppliers, compile a shortlist of the most suitable properties and create professional online proposals with at-a-glance venue comparisons, all in one seamless process.  The system automatically alerts hotels and venues when they have an enquiry from Hotel Desk and enables them to respond online with availability and prices.
