Hotel Desk appoints ABC Connection for their online accommodation, meetings, conferences and events solutions

Hotel Desk has appointed ABC Connection to provide their online accommodation, meetings, conferences and events solutions to manage their clients' venue requirements.

The tools and solutions will be used internally by Hotel Desk, and also online by clients via individual, bespoke, client-facing portals 

The solutions will allow clients and staff to quickly short-list the potential venues that could meet their specific requirements, from which they can then check availability and pricing directly with the venues.

"Internally, we have European language support, but offering client-facing portals, in language will be a significant step forward for us", said Egan
