Regus is the world's largest provider of outsourced offices with more than 750 business centres in some 350 cities across 60 countries, including over 90 prime locations across the UK.
Regus UK were seeking to provide meetings space to a broader distribution base and needed to increase the online marketing and distribution of their new Meeting Rooms product. Regus appointed ABC Connection in 2004 to present, manage and distribute its meeting room information to key agency and corporate markets via ABC-owned channels. Their key objectives were:
Ø To increase the visibility of Regus Meeting Rooms to the booking agent, corporate and SME markets
Ø To deliver sales and marketing tools for each Regus centre to develop its own local business more effectively
Ø To gain competitive advantage and improved market intelligence
ABC Connection consolidated data from over 100 Regus UK locations, configuring location and facility information such as room capacities, facilities, images and marketing text. This content was distributed on Regus’ behalf through distribution channels for which ABC Connection provides venue content – including the Hotel Booking Agents Association and the Institute of Travel Management – and via customised and branded Venue Guides for major Regus clients developed by ABC Connection.
